Meet Dr. Rawnsley

Dr. Jeffrey Rawnsley is one of the leading surgeons in the field of microsurgical hair transplantation to restore hair loss. He is based at the UCLA Medical Center, home of the most advanced state-of-the-art technology in treating the issue.

Dr. Rawnsley’s background as Board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and training in aesthetic surgery and microsurgery guide his creation of a naturally-appearing hairline with flawless, undetectable results that will last a lifetime. He is aware that simply the addition of hair is not the issue, rather the artistic redistribution of hair from abundant, genetically stable areas at the back of the scalp to more depleted spots that are more visually noticeable is of utmost importance. He earned his doctorate in medicine, as well as a Masters’s Degree in Health Policy, from the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed his residency at UCLA Medical Center, where he also performed specialty training and a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery.
